Mike did an excellent job in designing and constructing my deck. The design was complicated since it was around a circular above ground pool. The deck makes it appear the pool is an in ground pool. The deck is a solid structure and does not move underfoot – this is very important since the deck is constructed almost touching the pool's sides. He gave a firm price and constructed the deck for the quoted price. He started the project and completed it in the time frame expected. Mike delivers a quality custom product – he does the little extras that really finish the product.

I am writing this letter as a reference for Mike Brockman. Mike and his crew built our deck in October 2010. They did a superb job. Were on time, fastidious in keeping the work site clean, and more importantly, did very good work. The deck was somewhat complex as it had stainless steel fascia and other unique features, which they handled without difficulty. Mike also was extremely helpful in obtaining the permit as well as very flexible in working with our schedule and modifying minor details as the project progressed. I would recommend he and his crew highly for any project, regardless of complexity.

As a result of our satisfaction with the construction and finishing of the deck, we used Mike and his crew to complete some interior renovations as well. Their attention to detail and neat habits made this a relatively easy process, despite the fact that we were living in the house at the time. Once again, the work that they did was excellent, timely and overall they were a pleasure to work with as contractors.

We are very pleased with our deck installed by Mike Brockman in June of 2008. We had an original deck on the rear of our home, installed by the builder, which was quite small. We were looking for a deck that would open up to the backyard with expanded deck area to support lounge chairs, a table with chairs and an umbrella and grill. Mike came to our home, looked at our old structure, listened to what we were looking for and came back with a proposal. The cost was within our expectations and the project was completed within his promised time frame. His team did wonderful work and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Now that we've lived with the deck for several years, we are still thoroughly pleased with the design. We highly recommend Mike.
